IMO it is not a problem that some workarounds are not yet available. It does not change the intention of the page.
I’ll try to add a couple workarounds later. And I am pretty sure that other users can come up with even more.

Robot can be removed as it should be depricated.
Image, Inspection, Surface can be added.
I have added the Image WB and the Surface WB. The Inspection WB does not seem very useful yet (?) so I have decided not to include it. The Robot WB is still waiting for a new maintainer therefore it is perhaps better to keep it in the sidebar for now.

It is a mystery why this happens.
To workaround the problem the page Скачать now redirects to https://wiki.freecadweb.org/Download/ru.
The same workaround is used for the other translations.
just updated few links from the sidebar.
from this page, https://wiki.freecad.org/MediaWiki:Sidebar, we don’t have access to the link under the logo of FreeCAD and thus we can not translate.

I think we have looked at this before, but I have checked again: this does not seem to be possible. The only solution I see it to add another link at the top of the list.
