Table of Contents is gone

I miss the table of contents in the wiki pages. It is now replaced by a list of editing tools. This probably also invalidates all links to subsections.

For the reference: I checked Expressions and PartDesign Workbench.

Also you must allow scripts, else it also blank.

Scripts are allowed. This is what I see:
