Hi folks!

Next sunday is the first sunday of the month, so we’ll have a FreeCAD developers video meeting. Anyone is welcome! The meeting will be on Sunday October 1st 2023, at 16h30 UTC / 18h30 Central European Time / 11h30 Central US Time and should last about an hour (possibly a bit more if many people come). If you have specific topics you are interested in discussing, please add them to the agenda below, so we can more easily keep track of time. Feel free to come even if you don’t wish to speak, you can stay only listening.

Of course, anybody is welcome.

Indeed using google docs is not a good idea… But it’s easy to edit collaboratively and still have a document that’s easy to use during the meeting. Do you have a better idea where we could host that?

I would add the point, that the tracker is in kind words said, a mess. It must be restricted again as i was on mantis.

Thanks! What about the timing? Daylight saving would have ended in Central Europe and NA by that time so do we follow UTC?

My best guess is that the meeting is at 1630UTC/1730CET/1230EST.

Sorry, I forgot to re-announce it… Maybe we should make a generic announcement thread for the monthly meeting that stays permanently up?

There needs to be an up to 1 day earlier announcement., possibly one week If we have a bot here that can do the job.

Hello, it will worth to delete the date on the first post, this will make the announce generic and subsequent post will announce real dates.

Now it seems that last “Monthly Contributor Meeting” has been on 2023-10-01.
