Just in case - from the version of the program behavior does not change, checked in the version of appimaje from 2023-11-26. Also the behavior does not change when changing the workbench - Part or PatdDesign

First, I made the bottom layer and at the bottom, on the underside, I made grooves - for the future fixing of section sketches at the right angles in the right places. Then I created sketches on these faces -

Then I create extrusion on the basis of C0. If I set the extrusion to “linear”, everything works, but it’s not pretty -
