What do you mean? Are you talking about a conference being run somewhere by Google or do you mean we should run a FreeCAD GSoC Mentors summit our selves? If the first, did you forget to post a URL or something?

It seems lodging is included and its possible to get some reimbursement for travel.

Google pays for the travel and food and accommodation during the days of the event (earlier editions they paid 3 nights for the 2-day summit, this time the summit is 3 days, so it might be more). So basically you have to pay nothing at all.
