You wouldn’t just blindly copy your sandbox document over the original page. You would perform a manual merge, copying paragraphs one by one, until all information is coherent. At that moment you would add the new content that was written in the original page.
I would want to avoid that. So will probably mostly avoid the sandbox and change pages directly.
